Submerge the peacock umbrella upside-down, letting it fill with water as bubbles come out. Raise the umbrella and turn it upright, then watch as water sprinkles from the peacock's mouth and the umbrella gently pours rain. The peacock umbrella encourages pretend play, and teaches cause-and-effect and concepts like 'full' and 'empty'.
